this is bad

I haven had a proper meal the whole day since I woke up at 430pm earlier!

Toasts with Peanut Butter Jam for Breakfast-Lunch.

Lotus paste buns for Dinner.

And for now, Campbell Mushroom seafood soup for Supper?

At this rate, where am I going to for the carbo for the game later on.

Shall pull myself outta bed early. Go for proper brunch!!

I need to carbo load...

Come watch SRC vs Police at Delta at 1930 later on!
