Patellofemoral Pain

What the hell on earth was Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS) till Dr Cormac explained it.

Yes. It is also commonly (in laymen's term) known as Runner's Knee.

And yes. I am having that for sure.

Simply 3 main issues diagnosed:

One, the area behind my knee cap is rough, which means it's in deteriorating condition. He described the area as of pearl smoothing surface when we were born. So see the difference?

Second, my knee cap is abit off alignment towards the left.

Third, one of the tendons is strained.

Okie, new term learnt today.

A day fully spent with doc appointment, massage and physio.

Oh and now. I have to tape my knee for trainings. To bring my knee cap back in good alignment. I thought the taping periods has long disappeared from my life as the back problem got better.

I hate it. It is so restrictive! And the after-taped sticky awful marks...

*Bleah*

Did my 2nd gym session! Haha!! Okie, I'll be hardworking. Am looking forward to next session. Wednesday anyone???
