You will never believe this...
I have spent my entire evening pressing and pitting my shoulders against my trigger ball every 1hour for a period of 10 minutes each time!!! Lie flat on the floor or upright against the wall.. I did both...
This is how bad my shoulders are for now...
Doubt my shoulders can last any longer.... Probably one more week of training and I'll be in bad bad shape....
