Joined the guys for training earlier to makeup for my absence at ytd's... Great Great!!

DinnerED @ Spice along RiverValley with the guys after training!! That nonsensial session over many servings of Ice Neslo(Nescafe+Milo), Teh Ping, Ice Limau, Ice Teh O Limau & Teh Terik gotten many of our facial muscles working even harder after training!!! HeHe!!!
Im in need of sleep. Have only slept 1 hour last nite!!!
