Term-Break HUNGover. Yes. That's what I have been experiencing ytd-today.
My body just refused to get up at 630 in the mornings and my fingers just kept snoozing my alarm. So in the end, I totally skipped two 830am lessons today-ytd!
Cant believe rite. This is my hungover indeed! *hehe*
Anyway, in the midst of my'hungover', I played this evening's friendly against Theresianz!! Whee!! Simply a fantastic game!! Im really happy to play against Mel!! She is forever so good!!! It's really super duper challenging to play against her!!! Will we have more games with Theresianz please?? haha!! A good team that really put all of us to test!! haha!!!
Despite that mistake which Mel made us paid for with her reverse-tapped goal that caught all of us off, we played well esp during 1st half! Well done girls!!!
By the way, 3 thingys downed. FM quiz... OB creative writing assignment.. and today's 50MCQ tik-kum Psycho quiz!!
More to come!! Statistics Project & Tutorial presentation, OB project, FM quiz, Communication Presentation & Quiz, Accounts Project & Quiz!! And also the BIG E.. Exams!!! All within the next 2 mths!!! *Sob*

So, I biked a less than 1k ride to Holland V to grab a Subway sandwich & presents and deposit some $$$.
The feeling is great!! Although it was a rather short one.
Whee!! Am all ready for game later on! Premier League starts today!

Anyway.. My bus journey to tuition earlier seemed to be rubbing it in that Im not in BKK now!

Anyway.. We had a frenly earlier against SCC.. What a game...I mean the game wasnt helping us at all.. The reason why we requested for one in the 1st place is to have a good game... Hais.. I was expecting a good turnup like SCC's strong 1st 11 premier side but turned out eh.... We even had some girls (including GK Charmaine and me, for fun) who played on their side.. If like that i rather we play some u18 or u21 boys team.. or normal training session especially for us GKs who didnt even touched the ball.. Hais.. at least better than nothing.. thanks to those who turned up anyway..
But Im definitely looking forward to next week's Theresianz game!!! Cant wait!!!
Oh oh!! i mustnt forget bout this!!! The GKs joined the players with their usual 2oom sprints!!! oh my gosh!! 5 sets before and after game!! But i personally preferred the latter one.. hehe!! i SURVIVED to think it was my 1st time running it! *hehe* Really dun mind joining them for the 200m.. but not 300m.. Mustnt be ambitious.. but it's definitely good for me..
Talking bout running..I ought to re-run my bloodybeeperbeepobeep test.. didnt do VERY well last week... Prob next week i shall do.....

Sob!! No refund for my air ticket!! So, NO SHOW this evening at the airport! All cos of the outrageous planning of some body out there!
Ha! One teammate made a casual remark bout, "what if u dont get to touch the ball this whole weekend during the 2 games after forgo-ing ur trip?? You will be veri dui le!!"
Yala.. No choice rite... there must be some sacrificing here and there.. Moreover.. What is this when so much of sacrificing have already been made over my 10 yrs of playing! haha..

Ytd's dim sum buffet was fantastic!!! whee!!! Im so glad we made it as a group to have a meal together!! Ooh met Gillian, ex hockey player from St nics n Rj.. haha.. still the same!! ha..i rem ur name!
Bet all of us had that as our only meal for the rest of the day!! haha!! and now, im starving badly!! hehe!!
For those (Xiu) who missed it.. too BAD!! haha... the Har Gao (full of prawns!!!) and steaming piping hot Siew Mai were great!!!

As of now (time - 1154pm), almost 1 hour after my previous entry..Im almost done with my OB work... 80% for the fact that i was rumbling typing away with the scribbles i made on my paper... trying to form sentences out of the messy handwriting of mine!!
80% and im 'writer'-blocked! but im rather happy with this progress.. Shall continue tomorrow!! will be 101% done by tom nite! ^_^

A day well-spent! ^_^ Despite the fact that I have to wait super long (3hrs++!!) for RobinA to come collect my Mazon stick this morning! Some evil soul has decided to take his stick for a walk and not return it. Thus, making my stick a lucky one to travel to
But that wait was worth it.. Since I got a free ride to SSC for my sports massage! Hehe..
And Whee!! Legs and shoulders totally massaged! And saw the many physios & trainers i have not met for ages since school started! I DUN miss going physio sessions!! Who loves to? Prob for the hot&cold dips.. hehe...
Met Steffie dear aka partner in crime(for nonsensical non-hockey acts) for my fave Subway lunch before scoffing off to our young ones’ St Nics vs Crescent ‘B’ division game! Game ended 0-0 with some exceptional happening which I shall not talk bout here.
Jia You girls!!! I SHOULD be around for your SengKang game! *I’ll bring more goodies for u all!!*
Proceeded with Ice Cream delight at Serene Centre with Meixian (cheer up ger!), Laura, Rui, Xin,

And WHAT!! We emerged as CHAMPIONS for the Premier Ladies 8aside tournament!!
Whee!!!
Anyway, abit of rechap for today..
We started off the day beating SCC A 4-0, drawing 0-0 with Crescent, winning NTU & Police B (cant rem the score). Met Police A in the semis and won them at flicks!! Saved xiu’s low lefty push. And eventually finals against SCC which dragged on to extra time and then flicks which we won at sudden death!!
Although I am kinda disappointed with my flick performance against SCC in the finals.. Could have saved all those!!! Focus was abit off!! Hehe!!
But we won anyway! ^_^
Well done!! Voohoo~~
Oh!! To our Premier Mens team as well!!

A great start off to this year’s 8 aside! With our u18 gers clinching the title after beating Jansenites at flicks earlier!! Our dear steady, damn cool and super stylo GK,
Nevertheless, the others (Laura, Meixian, Connie, Wanting, Ruiyin, Jingyu, Lingyi & Teresa) played hard under the scorching sun and picking up the pace as the games proceeded.
Well done gers!!
Seeing them holding their medals makes me wanna get mine more!! Must jia you tomorrow!! Been ages since I last held one GOLD medal!!! The last time was during u21!!
And the last and first time we won u18 was when the year both the SRC boys and girls swept both titles and that was the 1st year u18 was started! *i turned 18 tt yr!*
And that was also the year we u21 girls clean swept the u21 league, u18 league and u21 for sixes!! THREE titles in all!!
Nevermind.. no stress!!! Just play our best!! Yeah… go out there..play hard and enjoy our game ya ladies??
Gotta clear some work before I burnt my day off tomorrow with hockey totally!!

Earlier, some of the team went for dinner at Redhill market after training together! In celebration of that the ever-so-commercialized Valentines Day.
Was a terrific dinner afterall!
Who said we aren’t bonding enough! It’s just how much everyone wants to open up to one another.

Today’s training was GREAT!!! Terry must have felt the Valentines mood to spare everyone from the horrendous many sets of 300m sprints. Instead, we (including GK me) did 3 'work' stations of medicine ball throwing, continuous sprintings and footwork movements.
Am still working on some stuff which Terry corrected at last week’s. Doing well though!
Yesterday was fantastic too! Went down CCAB earlier to support my young ones from St Nics playing their B division game (10yrs ago when i was still playing B div!) before RECS friendly game! Well done girls!
The premier team rocks big time!! Go Go Go!!!

Location : SRC Sportsmen LoungeI am here typing away as i await for the right time!
Came here to 'run' some errands .. Actually to meet our dear 'nanny' of ladies hockey section..
While waiting, I logged onto the system here to kill some time.
My morning started out badly. Sprung out of bed to realise it was 745!! I was running super late for my accounts quiz which took up ONLY 6% of my entire module!
Rushed out of home before 8, wanted to cab.. none in sight for me .. dialed a cab.. Cab came... slow moving traffic at PIE.. taxi fare was 20bucks!! sing dollars!!!
Got into class.. did my quiz.. tutorial went on as usual with that Prof irritating us as usual... with her constant interruptions... and her summoning of an entire group to do a SOS presentation for another group!
And did i tell u .. she likes to go 'Wrong!' whenver someone presenting go like, "for this question right..... "
FM was cancelled as Lecturer is sick.. Had to cancelled Research Program which was scheduled at 330pm. And another classmate who think he is super morally right (yes u are the righteous of all ya?) had to bang poor joy with his sainty sms-es. (who in the right and logical sense of mind would want to stay and rot in school for 5 hours for a 30 mins RP session?)
Get a life!!!

- Girls - Theresians won Crescent 2-0 (2nd goal from flick which the keeper gotten the ball but umpire awarded a flick against her. Hard Luck!)
- Boys - SCC won CSC 1-0 (Boring game that i almost fell ZZzzz despite some 'great' cheerings from supporters..)

(Psycho lesson) I woke up to this question.
Why is it that sometimes we are unable to remember one of those dreams we had?
The answer is not because it is ‘like that’ or ‘that your memory failed you’.
It is just that we actually go through 5 different stages when we sleep.
It depends on which stage of the sleep cycle that you wake up. If you wake up too early, you may not even have started dreaming.
Stages 1 & 2 are considered relatively light stages of sleep and people awoken from these 2stages seem to report not having slept at all!
So, if you are those people who reports having not dreaming that often, your sleep usually occurs within the above stages 1 & 2.
Wait, it doesn’t mean that moving on to stages 3 & 4 will have dreams. You are so wrong. Stages 3 & 4 are known as delta sleep, our deepest sleep. This is the hardest time to wake sleepers and when they are awakened, they are usually confused and disoriented. (Most of us actually belong here.)
The stage where you actually start to dream is stage 5!!!
Stage 5 is also known as REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Dreaming usually occurs at this stage. The longer your REM period of sleep, the more likely you will report dreaming.
If you are awakened during your REM sleep, your dreams will tend to be more vivid, longer, motorically animated and emotionally charged as compared to a non-REM sleep where your dreams may seem vague or you may not even remember.
HOWEVER, if you sleep too long such that your sleep cycle moves out of stage 5 and repeats the entire process of stages 1-5 all over again. You may just forget about your dream.
Therefore, the answer to my question is even if you want to dream, you will also need to have that proper timing of your sleep!

Been feeling real lazy... (was comtemplatin bout skipping psycho tut)
Am in free access lab now.. 90% done with my critics on personality test! Whee!! Later i shall Zoom home immediately after Psycho tut to complete it.
Then i will be left with Accounts quiz to study!!!
Anyway... just needed some let-offs here!!

Whats wrong with these people? if you want to sit in for a lecture, then jolly well sit down and listen with your ears! NOT your mouth!! you dun need to activate your mouth to do those co-cirriculum activites of gossipping bout where did you shop last weekend.. which guy is cute.. this lecturer is lousy.. if you tink so.. why not take over?? Your parents dun pay your school fees to let you come to school and sit in for a lecture and chit chat! Instead, you should switch on your brain and ears and be attentive ya..

Stepped into Delta at 650! Still managed to snap one more nice one (below) from the stand!
Training was way way terrible for me! I was late... Quick warm-up... no fitness runs.. recieved shots almost immediately.. awful movements!! no good saves... saddened me!
Rem what to work on?? YES!!! Up in the mind!!
Did my own 5 & 10 yards sprints but Coach stopped me and got me to do 5 sets of walking lurches!! Hehehehehe!! Next week's will be medicine ball with lurches!!! sobsob!! Putting my core muscles to work!!

Oh, did i tell you my participation in the Research Programs for my Psychology earned me 2bucks today! haha!!
I love psychology!! Prof Jon Marshall ( he is the son of tt great Marshall politician in Spore ages ago) practised hypnotization in lecture just the other day! how cool!! And i wasnt hypnotized!! cos i resisted all the time.. even when he said 'your arm is tired and slowly it will drop..' I persisted and held on with all my might to keep my arm up in the air! haha!
Okie.. time to Zzzz... 2 morning lectures tomorrow followed by Psycho tutorial!! Whee!!

Well done my young ones! Good effort for yesterday’s and today’s game!!
(Won Temasek 10-0 & Theresians 3-2)
All the way next weekend ya! ^_^
Our boys played really well against the all-mighty power-packed CSC with many skillful players. You boys really played so HARD!! Managed to equalize but lost the game at the final minute in the last Penalty Corner awarded!
Im feeling way nostalgic from watching the great Flight V Video Pauline & Ruiyin took much pain to prepare. Im so missing the time in BKK and Im already looking forward to our next trip together!
The video is really hilarious!!! Haha!! To think Im the last person to watch cos I missed out on the post trip meeting that took place weeks ago!

This morning's $110 Traditional Deep Massage at FIL was SUPERB!! My shoulders and back are fully relaxed now!! Whee!!!
Before I end this entry, I wanna say the following to someone special.
Dear mate,
I know my words may have been said by many others. (Im not good at this. Bear with me)
But I just want you to know that you have me and many others whom have gone through some moments (good & bad) to walk this journey with you.
We will be walking side by side with you till we cross the finishing line together.
With me.
With us.
And yourself.
You will make it.
You are the one I look upon since young and Im so glad that I have this chance in life to be in the same team, getting to know you better and play side by side with you. I have learned lots from you on and off the field.
You roomed with me for the 1st few trips and tournaments and I will always remember that! Many fun and sad moments we shared. Silly incidents such as that of us sneaking behind the team just to get help at the receptionist to open up our room when we forgot our key. (To avoid getting fined but got caught still!)
Whenever Im down, I will remember the words you told me before – “The team believes in you.”
So, let me say, “Mate, The team believes in you. We will not give you up for anything!”

YES!!!!! Goodie Morning... Selemat PAGI!
Im fully awake now at 408am! eating CoCoCrunch with milk! hehe.. (and my dog just woke up just to catch some bites at his dryfood bowl!!)
Just completed my Financial Mgmt's tutorial due at later's makeup. Woke up at 11plus earlier after falling asleep at bout 6 last evening.. Shagged from school la...
And guess what! I have finally decided to ring up FIL last evening for an appointment! Made use of the birthday voucher the polygang gave me last yr!! haha!! how late rite?
Yet to make up my mind for which massage. Swedish? Shiatsu? Lymphatic Drainage? Traditional Deep Massage? Highly i'll settle for the latter one! I need a deep and hard massage BADLY for those thousands of knots tangled up in my back and shoulders!!
Whee!! I cant wait for sun morning to come!!! Chose sun for fact that there is no training on sun & mon.. which mean my body can afford to feel lethargic for 2 days!! Which is the case usually after a massage session!
Now?? Shall try to complete my accounts tutorial so that i can have the next 2 days for Statistics catching up!

Was just looking at my stitched-alreadyhealed wound just below my knee earlier (if u rem that i got hit in dec just b4 my bkk Voohoo trip), i decided to take a pix of it..
It look so nice now.. hehe! (was thinking of putting up my pre n post pix but decided agst it for the gross-ness)

The area still hurt LOTS at times.. Especially when i put pressure against my knee or just by squatting at times. Any doc's comments??

Gong Xi Gong Xi Somemore?? Nomore??CNY is alway heart-warming with the visits to homes of loved ones and friends..
Spent the 1st day of CNY at grandparents.. collected much Ang Pao from the aunties and uncles. Had a great catcha-up with my childhood playmate cousin!!
HomeD the whole 2nd day away. Did my tutorials!!
3rd day, Visited Leng's and ate her Mom's yummytotheMAX curry!! We ate so much at her place that we werent able to start on our JiaoZi (dumplings) session at Siuhua's till late.. (pix below)
We had SO much fun making our own jiaoziS.. Sheena and her Pao-shaped, Xiu and herCurry-puffed & ME with my super nice Sardine-puff with the help of a fork! haha... (pix below)
And everyone ate n ate till we chewed hard onto a bronze 1cent coin stuffed into the jiaoziS for goodie luck!! i got one and i threw in the towel! Siuhua cooked so much nice food that we felt way guilty for not finishing..
okay dokay..this marks the end of my CNY entry.. just as i deposited my angpao cash into my bank account this afternoon!!
oh!! before i forgot!! Tze Tze got me this!!! ALL de way from Beijing!!
