i INTENDED to wake up at 8 this morning but i ended up waking up at 2pm!! haha!!Must be the tireness from last night's training under the rain!! We ran so much for warm up!! some rounds on the pitch.. Rain got heavier.. we continued on the stands... Rain stopped!! Ronnie got us down onto the pitch and told us to run till he asked to stop!! We ran & ran & ran.. hear nothing from him.. when he finally stopped us.. we THOUGHT it was the end of warmup! haha!! no way man!! the usual strides & sprints we have been doing were next!! Died!! haha!!! at least everyone pulled through!! haha!!!
Qiao finally joined us at training.. missed her SO much!!! Poor lady!! so bz with work!! hope HK trip was a great getway one for ya.. ^_^ She gave me the handmade book below.. *so touched* She is forever so sweet!!! *BIG hug~~~*
Anyway... I decided to do some carpentry work earlier!! i managed to change the tablelegs which i bought from IKEA onto my existing table without any help!! All on my own!! haha!!! Am so PROUD of myself!!! haha!!! No driller.. PURELY manual work with my hands!!!
