oh my..cookie ..cookie.. so tired... not bad..i managed to drag myself ot work for the last 3 days... whee~! im on leave tom!!! hehe.... shall juz work hard for today ... hey..mind u.. ive been workin hard k... haha... been eatin hard too... oh no..all the calries n fats n carbo tt i burned from the fantastic trainin on mon was put back ytd...after a sinful fish n chip dinner at fabian's sis place wif yok sing n fabian.. followed by yet another sin sinful hot fudge sundae treat at tea garden macs.. haha... oh no... hopefulli my back can last mi to burn more today!!! go cookie cookie go!!!
