SADZ... i didnt make it to trainin ytd.... all cos of the nerve crakin pain tt i had in my spine/backbone/vertebrae the morn i woke up... had prob walkin ard n sittin down the whole day... i realli had the the most freakin day ... livin my life in fear ytd... all the 'wat if' questions started poppin out !! wat if my slipped disc realli give way... wat if im paralysed?? wat if..wat ifs.... 'why' questions were poppin out the whole day too!!.. why is this happenin oni now when div 1 is gonna start?? why must it be mi??? why why why....realli led a day of fear..fright... tension...pain....
the worst was it was impossible for me to take leave ytd n todae cos i got aus visit, some meetin for commencment gown bags stuff and some ibm-nus MOU signin ceremony... sob sob...
headed home straight after work... mons a curse for mi... not been attendin mon's trainin due to work n my back la... the curse gotten to be broken!! next week...haha...... met shaun for dinner... opted for healthier choice of Subway at Holland V.. * Holland V seems to be the place tt i been haning out this days.. hahaha*
had a not too bad sleep.. but was super conscious bout my sleepin posture the entire nite.... now im in office.. feelin sleepy as usual... haha... been lazyin in my bed n sleepin in every morn.. wat a cookie.. haha...
