not a great day today as of 19th april04... i could feel the tinklin sensation on the L5 of my disc.. bad bad omen... tellin mi either tt my bad is still in bad shape or i had pushed it too far... i dunno... am i a TOL MORI?? i guess i am...
i didnt gear up for trainin... did the usual 5 rounds a t pathetic SLOW pace n part of the footstep drill... y y y??? i oreadi had missed out so much durin the past 6 mths plus tt i've been out.. gotta catch up on the time n skills n fitness lost..sob sob...
been in a dazed since sat mornin.. from the moment i stepped into the dented metal drain cover to a bruised swollen foot n some minor cuts... dunno wats wrong with me man... wake up wake up~! whole day been dazin away.. even when i was doin my runs n drills today.. @ work oso... real pissed off by my kids... but to tink im leavin next fri.. i will kinda miss them lotsa.. for that these devils could be the angels of my life somewhere somehow...
so let me haf some angels who will look over me all this while....
