*wat a watse of my time.. i reached at 6 n trainin ended bout 630!!!*

>after tt.. went TBP to buy sweets n chocolates as farewell gifts for my kids tom.. *spent almost $50 dollars on that lo!!!*
>den finalli.. i headed home....
>now..bloggin away n chattin wif my new found fren from hk~!

orite.. i finalli announced to my dad tt i gotten a new job n tt im startin on mon.. cos i need him to get the doors of my wardrobe fixed!! muhahahahah...

btw... the ayer rajah accident freaked mi out totalli when i read bout it this noonie.. i was ponderin .. "the govt or shd i say LTA is diggin so much into the ground... will there ever be a dae when our tiny island cant withstand the diggin n collapse???* so freakin... somemore my area here, commonwealth-farrer road got diggin ongoin to smoothen the traffic.. *cookie crossed n fingers*

"hiek hiek hiek" trainin been super light esp this week... all thanks to our mr rain n lightning~! haha...

y not juz rain the moment we are bout to warm up??? save us from the 5 rounds plus footwork drills??? y not?? y not??? oni when i have put on my bulky yet beloved paddings den u start to rain/strike??? huh.. y??? den oso can save my mum from doin my dirty laundry ma... haha...

im sad yet happy tt trainins been cancelled... haha..weird huh??? im sad cos im cant seem to activate my mode into trainin this week.. dunno y.. oso.. like no motivation to push me to train though i noe deep down i wanna come back for div 1.. hais.. i need some fire in my life!! haha...

im happy cos im tired... i dun wan to upset myself even more when i cant seem to do those runs n drills tt i noe i can do last time.. or i can perform even better at certain drills if im on top form w/o this stupid injury..

haha...im so so tired.. so now im limitin myself to max 10 mins of bloggin time.. haha...so so tired..ytd i came back from work bout 3+ den i slept from 4+ till this morn 6+..hahah tts the reason y i didnt blog for ytd.. perhaps i was bloggin in my dream.. haha... i realli need to catch up on my sleepin time ya.. haha...

woohoo.. 2 more days of work... one more thur n fri den i'll no longer be a teacher nimore..haha...this reminds mi tt i haven realli complete my shoppin yet.. haha... i have slacked off from mon's shoppin.. haha... too complacent??? haha... expensive le... money hard to earn le!! esp if u are schoolin.. u wun noe how hard it is.. hahahahah... but mi goin on another sprill this sat wif jean n lil~! hahaa...

aniwei..updates for the boys' performance in pakistan.. they lost their classification match to bangladesh 3-0 ytd, played china today for 7th/8th placing.. now..officially.. they are ranked 8th after losing 2-0 to china.. great work.. juz pure hard luck.. hope tt most had gained exposure n experience.. !~ be back soon~!

yo yo yo~!~! i am on a shopping spree or shd i say investment this entire week??? i juz spent $206.00 on my office clothes todae... but i guess quite a good buy..considerin tt i gotten a coat, 2 blouses n 2 skirts.. haha...inside the BEGA boutique i was juz tryin on every single piece/color /design.. n if i like n look nice in it.. i'll say ' okie.. ' the the saleslady would go like ' i'll get a new piece??' haha... tts how our conversation sounded like .. haha..i even got a nice black bag for $15 form jennyfer..hahaha...

i still got a list more to go le...

hope to get things listed above, then everythin gonna be orite n keep mi goin for at least1-2 weeks b4 my new colleagues realise tt my wardrobe not been changin. haha...

anyway..im super duper excited..im gonna start work on comin mon, 3th may 04~! wooho.. but mi not gettin any short break from my job switch..sob sob.. hehe... wat a 'tong ku' life...

as for trainin today.........usual things lor.. 5 rounds..footdrills.. was so so so so super duper pissed n upset wif myself lo!!!!!!! ultimate lo!!! dunno wats wrong wif my body man... always feel super sore on mondays!!! den it will get better as the week pass by... mebbe cos my muscles get used to the intensity as the days passed by... hais!!! todae we realli had a LIGHT trainin... slow 5 rounds warm up.. den geared up for less den 15.. lightnings started to 'shoot n fly' across the sky.. threathenin our safety.. haha.. n coach called off our trainin... woohoo~!

i got a new name todae... as of todae.. coach have changed my name to PARK COOKIE... haha.... as for now.. park cookie shall sign off~!

oh my oh my..... got home not long ago from dinner wif suzy at tiong n gotten myself a PINK blouse n a black skirt.. for $50 exact... quite a good bargain from pepperplus.. woohoo~! im turnin super miao miao now.. cant stand myself too.. hahhaa... gonna spend big bomb on my office wear this comin week... im so excited yet streesed out over my new job wear!! hehe...

oh my oh my... we screwed our own league up by losing to scc 1-0... sob sob...but must say... they scored a terrific goal..reverse shot n the ball kinda of loop into goal.. we got oni ourselves to blame.. we didnt play well at all!! hais.. lets not talk bout it...

oh ya.. our boys in pakistan won their japan counterpart 2-1!!! so they are meetin china on comin tues!! woohoo way to go!! goal scorers were khairil (capt sia) and shaun accordingli to source from the capt's gf.. haha... keeper , zul saved a penalty stroke 5 minutes towards end of game.. he made couple of good saves towards the end to keep japan from sounding the board!! way to go!!! JIA YOU!!!!

Goodie mornin.. i juz got back from delta... as usual... wat else would i be doin at delta on a sundae mornin but to manager the div 1 game.. haha... our div 1 gals played well!!!! fantastic play with oni 11 players no keeper.. haha... we won 5-2 against crescentian hockey club!!! a big score line .. big enuff to SHUT their coach's mouth up!!! tts the best part man... the entire game was so peaceful compared to the 1st time round when we met them!!! shiok feeling... good work gals!! keep it goin~~!~!

talkin bout game... hais..yesterdae, the premier side lost 3-2 to theresianz... but i must say.. we played well to come back from 2 goals down.. but still allowed them to score the winning goal!! im not bein sore loser or wat.. all their 3 goals werent at all fantastic goals(tricklin n lucky goals)compared to ours( deflection into top net by pris koh and hard shot at goal by fen)..well well... we juz lacked that 'touch' n 'luck' every season...but gals..lets play even harder against our padang rival later this noonie @430pm!!! make our last game of the season an enjoyable one!!

premier league??? *cookie pout her lips* i nv even play a single match!!! n the league is comin to an end!!! wah piang... 1st time sia in my entire hockey career... mebbe i can oso forget bout div 1 too.. oreadi missed out on one..not to say another.. moreover... the same thing gonna happen all over again... everyone's been registered.. n it's up to the coach to name the team again...as usual..src wants to win every tournament tt we are goin in.. but still.. sometimes u gotta to choose exposure n development over victory... pls pls... I WANNA PLAY SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLAY PLAY PLAY.. i miss the game touch n excitement!!! i need the game fitness too!!!!!!!!!!!

once again... cookie has lost her voice... all thx to her students at creativeland... inflamed throat.. hais.. drink tonnes n tonnes of water oso wun help... orite.. i juz woke up from my nap, supposeli from 5pm to now, 145am??? haha...

im supposed to be at Embassy now celebratin my fren's bdae..... however... i need to be a good ger.. n stay home cos i GOTTA WORK tom... hahaha... so sad.. i wanna go so much..but im restrictin myself now.. haha...

i juz finished surfin for the results of our u21 boys in pakistan now.. they juz lost 1-0 to chinese taipei... must had been a tough fight!!!! they playin japan this sun followed by 9/10th position placing match on tues... results are follow.. sin-pakistan (0-9) sin-korea (0-5) JIA YOU guys.. keep up the good effort and ur fightin spirit!!

came back from work this noonie n was stuck on my pc the whole noonie.. finalli my tag board is up`! was readin up on various blogs.. haha... im ultimateli amazed by the large quantity of words tt some other bloggers can juz type.. haha.. u go bloggers... haha.. im juz way too lazy... juz typin watever tt comes to my mind now.. hahha.... still cant sign up for the image hostin account... if not.. my blog wun be so plain... steffie angel... help~!!~

wah.. im so happy today.. haha.. i enjoyed fitness trainin today followed by club trainin... woohoo`!~! happy like fairy~! hehe... completed my goodie 5 rounds!!! completed the footstep drills!!! hahaha~!!~ den went club trainin..played outfield.. woohoo~! i tried lotsa shot and eventualli i scored~!~! hahha.. though it mite be nuttin.. but to mi.. its my 1st step to my goal~!!~ *evil laugh* = p

wah piang..my interview sucks big time today lor... panel of three.. one auntie.. one ang moh and one lady.. haha... the auntie n chao ang moh like wanna fight with mi like dat.. super big time attitude...they made a big time mistake but still insisted tt i was in the wrong.. i didnt even take that stupid ept test b4 !! wat the hell!!!cant be bothered la..*contradiction* though i noe it means lotsa to mi.. sob sob... well.. wat to do.. i gotta pick my crumbs up n move on... *slowli walkin .. bendin down ..pickin up crumbs n weeping away...wipin tears off my face...*

spent my entire afternoon at sports council gym.. but todae's rehab was great.. did team of 3 rehab with 2 other national rep, taekwondo (error) n dicus thrower.. haha.. was great experience.. yet fun esp seeing tt pathetic sports trainer bein bullied by the whole lot...be it verballi to combin his office table for food!!! hahaha...but i can realli feel my core muscles workin out todae man.. though mi upper arms n back mite deter mi from doin some exercise.. haha...well.. at least im improvin.. hehe... *pat on my shoulder*

orite..im on leave todae.. this tells mi tt... I GOTTA WORK TOMOLO!!!!!!!!!!!! n tt oso means... i need to go ZZZZZZz... hahaha....

orite~! another 2 days of my life had passed without knowin it... life's been pretty borin for mi..shufflin btw work, trainin den back home juz to Zzzzzz... home is like a hotel.. for mi to come back to sleep.. so sad rite... how i wished i can have the time to realli rot n bum at home on my bed!!

workin live sucks.. esp if u have to face notorious, helpless bunch of children who tink they r so much yet seems to have a 'bird brain' haha~! im bcomin sadistic oreadi.. today i actualli punished my kids!!! made them stood under the sun for nearli 1/2 hr..woohoo.. i dun feel guilty.. cos they were still enjoyin themselves so much!!! tt pissed me off!!

i've got an interview tom.. well.. guess im gonna take it easy ya~! hehe.. wish me luck... (esp steff.. cos i know u'll be readin this.. guess ur my oni reader.. which is good oso.. hengz ar.. )

this week's not a good one for me.. my back givin me prob again!! esp today!! my inner shoulder blades, upper back n shoulder...guess they are compensatin for my lower back..the pain and ache n spasm almost killed me off... had prob carryin my bag after trainin oso!! at trainin was worse... could do my 5 rounds at a faster pace n couldnt even do backsteppin quick!!kinda disppointed wif myself... warm up drill was hard for mi too... well.. lucki i found some comfort n strengths somehow somewhere.. durin the drills .. 1-on-1s.. 1-2- passes.. then hit n deflection drills.... woohoo.. i finalli found the faith and 'fire' in me after so long... at least they kept me goin strong thru out trainin.. thk god.. i found them finalli... so team mates... dun come near mi ar!! i swear i'll bring ya down.. otherwise "HAM TUM" ya upside down left rite inside outside!!! MUhahahhahahahaa...tt shall be my trainin objective on mon.. lookin forward to mon's pitch trainin oreadi!!! HAHAhahaha...

not a great day today as of 19th april04... i could feel the tinklin sensation on the L5 of my disc.. bad bad omen... tellin mi either tt my bad is still in bad shape or i had pushed it too far... i dunno... am i a TOL MORI?? i guess i am...

i didnt gear up for trainin... did the usual 5 rounds a t pathetic SLOW pace n part of the footstep drill... y y y??? i oreadi had missed out so much durin the past 6 mths plus tt i've been out.. gotta catch up on the time n skills n fitness lost..sob sob...

been in a dazed since sat mornin.. from the moment i stepped into the dented metal drain cover to a bruised swollen foot n some minor cuts... dunno wats wrong with me man... wake up wake up~! whole day been dazin away.. even when i was doin my runs n drills today.. @ work oso... real pissed off by my kids... but to tink im leavin next fri.. i will kinda miss them lotsa.. for that these devils could be the angels of my life somewhere somehow...

so let me haf some angels who will look over me all this while....
